Once we make sure your application is complete, we will review your income, assets, credit, and liabilities to determine the amount of home you qualify for. You and your agent will then receive a pre-approval letter. We will discuss rates and terms at this time.

An appraisal is an independent, third-party opinion of the value of a property that is ordered through the bank.

In accordance with lending guidelines, a buyer must receive a closing disclosure (a.k.a. CD) within 3 business days of closing.
